1. Scope of Services

We provide structured academic support services, including:

Diagnostic and benchmark assessments

One-on-one and small group instruction

Test preparation (CLT, SAT, ACT, and related exams)

Academic strategy and study skills coaching

Portfolio review and college readiness guidance

Services are customized based on student needs and are delivered over a defined instructional period.

2. Enrollment & Commitment

Enrollment in any program reflects a commitment to:

The full instructional cycle (e.g., 6-week, 8-week, or multi-month program)

Scheduled session times

Completion of recommended assignments and practice

3. Assessment Requirement

Certain services require completion of an initial diagnostic or benchmark assessment.

4. Attendance & Participation

Student success depends heavily on consistency.

5. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

Ensure the student is present and prepared for sessions

Support homework completion and practice expectations

Maintain communication with the Company as needed

Let’s be real—if the parent isn’t aligned, the results won’t follow. This clause protects you.

6. Scheduling & Rescheduling Policy

Sessions are scheduled in advance

At least 48 hours notice is required to reschedule

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeited sessions

The Company is not obligated to make up missed sessions outside policy

7. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

Payment is required in full or per agreed payment plan prior to or during services

All fees are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing

Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of services

The Company reserves the right to terminate services without refund if there is:

11. Technology & Virtual Sessions
